How to book

The list of events we will be attending can be found under the 'Events' tab and across all our social media pages.

Bookings open around 4-6 weeks before the event, make sure you are signed up to our mailing to see when bookings open before anyone else.

If you are not signed up to our mailing list and we sell out, we won't open bookings publicly!

Once bookings are open you can fill out the appropriate booking form by following the link from the email or by going to our 'Events' or 'Booking' page.

You will receive an email once we've got your form explaining what happens next. Our emails sometimes land into junk folders, so please check those before contacting us.
Please be quick when booking open as we often sell out in a few minutes!
What should I bring?
Although we will have everything needed for the appointment we recommend that to hair appointments you bring:

Hairnets

Hair pins
-
Hairspray
This just means if we can't be at the venue and something happens, you have everything you need to fix your hair and to keep it looking fresh if done the night before!
For makeup appointments we ask you bring:

Lashes
-
Lipstick
-
Any products you prefer to use for any personal, ethical or allergy reasons
How should I pay ?
Cash on the day is preferred. However we know sometimes life happens, so we can take payment by bank transfer!
If you have any discount codes, competition vouchers or gift cards please mention it when you book and present them at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Once the competition schedule has been announced (first round times have been released) there will be a 24 hour confirmation period. After 24 hours you will be required to pay for the appointment in full if cancelled.
All appointments must be paid in cash unless otherwise stated.
Styled by Steph reserves the right to impose different cancellation timeframes with due notice on social media. All cancellations fees are at Styled by Steph's discretion.

What are your working hours ?
We will try to answer all messages and emails as quickly as possible. However if you don't hear back from us, please resend your message as it may have been lost!
At competitions our working hours are:
FIRST appointment 4am
LAST appointment 11:30pm
Please bare this in mind when requesting "the earliest/latest appointment slot"
If you need an earlier or later time, please contact us ASAP
